We're here to help you and your Gorilla keep moving.

Most questions are answered below. If you still need a hand, email us at sos@educacion.global and we'll get back to you.

The Gorilla isn't moving with me

GORILLAS 3 needs camera access to see your movement. Make sure you've allowed the camera in Settings → GORILLAS 3 → Camera. Stand back so your whole body is in frame, train in a well-lit space, and give yourself room to move.

Is my camera or video being recorded?

No. The camera is used only to detect your movement in real time, on your device. Nothing is recorded, saved, uploaded, or sent anywhere. Read more on our Privacy Policy.

What's free, and what's the Season Pack?

Hatching your Gorilla and all of Week 1 are free. The Season Pack is a one-time purchase ($9.99) that unlocks the remaining weeks of the season. It's not a subscription.

I bought the Season Pack but it's locked. How do I restore it?

Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so make sure you're signed in with the same one you used to buy. Restores are handled by Apple and are free.

Why can I only do one workout a day?

GORILLAS 3 is built around one focused workout per day to build a real habit and protect your body. Your streak grows with each day you train, and a new workout unlocks at midnight.

I lost my streak / progress

Progress is stored locally on your device. If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, local progress may not carry over. Your Season Pack purchase can always be restored from Settings → Restore Purchases.

Is this safe for my child?

Yes — there are no accounts, no chat, no ads, and no data collection. Still, GORILLAS 3 is a movement game, not medical or training advice. Kids should play in a clear, safe space with a parent's permission, and everyone should stop immediately if they feel pain or dizziness.

How do I turn off reminders or haptics?

Haptics can be toggled in the app's Settings. Daily reminders are local notifications you can manage anytime in iOS Settings → Notifications → GORILLAS 3.
